It’s an easy 3 stage process to join an event;

  1. COMPLETE THIS FORM – please take your time and include as much detail as possible so we can get to know you, your experience and your expectations
  2. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT – this payment will reserve your space during the approval process and is bound by our T&C’s
  3. BOOKING APPROVED BY EIA – we’d love to chat (on the phone or over email) about your application, answer any queries you have and ask any follow up questions; we’ll then approve your booking and you can start your preparations!

Please note, your booking is not finalised until all 3 steps are complete and you have received your “Welcome to the Team” email. If you have any issues with the form or questions in general, please drop us a message.

Be aware you will also need to:

  • Organise appropriate insurance and inform Everest in the Alps of the company used;
  • Organise any international flights to and from the start and finish point and provide Everest in the Alps with the details;
  • Organise transfers to and from the event start and end point;
  • Bring suitable personal kit and equipment.
