- COMPLETE THIS FORM – please take your time and include as much detail as possible so we can get to know you, your experience and your expectations
- PAY YOUR DEPOSIT – this payment will reserve your space during the approval process and is bound by our T&C’s
- BOOKING APPROVED BY EIA – we’d love to chat (on the phone or over email) about your application, answer any queries you have and ask any follow up questions; we’ll then approve your booking and you can start your preparations!

Be aware you will also need to:
- Organise appropriate insurance and inform Everest in the Alps of the company used;
- Organise any international flights to and from the start and finish point and provide Everest in the Alps with the details;
- Organise transfers to and from the event start and end point;
- Bring suitable personal kit and equipment.
