The total cost of the 2026 challenge is £4,800, with an £1000 deposit required to secure a place. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the start of the event.

We accept all major credit cards. Please ensure that the full amount due is received by Everest in the Alps with your being responsible for any charges. Events require a deposit to secure the spot with the remaining balance due 45 days before departure.

Events require a deposit to secure the spot with the rest due 45 days before departure. Please email Everest in the Alps to let us know that a transfer is en route so we can hold your spot as transfers can take several days. Please use your surname as a reference against the transfer.

Team spots are only confirmed once payment has been received by Everest in the Alps. Our joining instrctions will help you prepare for all aspects of this event. As soon as you have them, send us a passport scan (if not already attached to your Booking Form) and your travel insurance details.
